The Beginning of Blue Ribbons Fudge
Blue Ribbons Fudge started as a challenge from a friend who was tired of hearing me complain about Fudge. How could I who failed "No Fail Fudge" create a fudge that someone would actually eat?! Challenge accepted, and I started trying out recipes. None of them were what I was looking for, so... I made up my own. After multiple friends tested and confirmed that it was, indeed, good fudge, I took my first payment on a jar of fudge. A few months later, Blue Ribbons Fudge was entered into the professional division at the Alaska State Fair. It brought home its first blue ribbon. Every fair that has since had Blue Ribbons Fudge entered has come home with a blue (and sometimes red and white at the same time) ribbon.

I've been creating small batches of fudge one batch at a time since 2002. It's one of my favorite things to do - I hope it becomes one of your favorite things to eat!!!
